BANANA ESPRESSO MARTINI

Kind of like a classic Espresso Martini but with Bacardi 8 Year Dark Rum! The coco, cinnamon, citrus flavours of the rum brings coffee and banana together in this three ingredient beauty.

 

Ingredients: 

60ml Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum

15ml Caramelized Banana Peel Syrup 

30ml Espresso (or strong dark black coffee)

Cinnamon Dust Garnish

Yield: 1 Serving

Instructions

Step 1

In a shaker tin (or shaking vessel of choice), add in Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum, Banana Peel Syrup and espresso. 

Step 2

Add ice until 3/4 the way of shaking vessel and put lid on. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 

Step 3

Strain into a cocktail coupe, garnish with good dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!
