A hot punch recipe that is non-alcoholic and beautiful flavours of fresh fruit and holiday spices. Yields 1 full teapot.
480ml Chai Tea
240ml Pear Nectar
120ml Wildflower Honey
80ml Lemon Juice
Bartlett Pear Slices
Boil water and steep chai tea as instructed in a small pot. Add pear nectar, wildflower honey and lemon juice.
Slightly heat up the mixture and strain through tea strainer into a teacup.
Garnish with bartlett pear slices.
