SMOKED MAPLE OLD FASHIONED
1) Set up provided wood chip on a heat proof surface ( a plate works), light wood chip on fire. As wood chip is burning, cover the flame with an upside down rocks glass, fire should subside and smoke the glass, leave for 5-10 seconds.
2) Flip the rocks glass over once smoke filled. Add 2oz/ 4 tablespoon Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3) Add 0.3oz (3/4 tablespoon) of smoked maple syrup labelled 'OF' and 3-4 drops Angostura Bitters (dropper bottle). Fill glass with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds until cold.
4) Garnish with an orange zest ( squeeze the peel over the glass for best aromatics) or a dehydrated orange wheel
