1) Set up provided wood chip on a heat proof surface ( a plate works), light wood chip on fire. As wood chip is burning, cover the flame with an upside down rocks glass, fire should subside and smoke the glass, leave for 5-10 seconds.

2) Flip the rocks glass over once smoke filled. Add 2oz/ 4 tablespoon Woodford Reserve Bourbon

3) Add 0.3oz (3/4 tablespoon) of smoked maple syrup labelled 'OF' and 3-4 drops Angostura Bitters (dropper bottle). Fill glass with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds until cold.

4) Garnish with an orange zest ( squeeze the peel over the glass for best aromatics) or a dehydrated orange wheel



1) Optional (Only adds texture) : Take 1 egg and crack open to separate egg white from egg yolk. Add egg yolk to shaker tin/ mason jar.

2) Add 2oz/ 4 tablespoons and Bourbon Sour Mix labelled 'BS' and 2oz/ 4 tablespoons of Woodford Reserve Bourbon in a shaker tin or mason jar. 


3) Add 2 drops of Angostura Bitters (dropper bottle) for added aromatics. 


4) Add ice to fill liquid plus a bit moreover and shake for 10-15 seconds. (Added step for egg whites: shake without Ice for 5-10 seconds until frothy, then unlid, add ice and proceed)



1) Take a whole lime and cut into 8 wedges (on Its axis, then Into quarters). Squeeze 4 wedges Into a mason jar/ shaker tin

2) Add 3/4 tablespoon blueberry jam and 2oz / 4 tablespoon of Grey Goose Vodka. Cover and shake until jam Is broken down.

3) Unlid tin/ jar and add Ice to fill liquid plus a bit more. Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain It Into a tall collins glass (or leave It right in the jar!)

4) Fill serving vessel with more ice and top with ginger beer. Give It a quick stir to Integrate. Garnish with dehydrated fruit. Enjoy!
