CASHEW

WHISKY SOUR

Like whisky sours? Who doesn't! This is a cool nutty take on a cocktail everyone asks about. It is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

Ingredients: 

60ml Whisky of Choice ( I picked a Blended Scotch)

22ml Chamomile Cashew Syrup 

30ml Lemon Juice 

1 Egg White

Yield: 1 Serving

Instructions

Step 1

In a shaker tin, combine measured whisky, cashew syrup, lemon juice and egg whites. Dry shake with no ice to emulsify the cocktail.

 

Step 2

Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until cocktail is well chilled. Strain out cocktail into a coupe. Garnish with lemon oils from a peel.
