PEACH & MINT  CORDIAL

Put it in a jar and let the flavours marinade - an easy syrup recipe that takes little effort with great results

Ingredients: 

2 ripe peaches , cut into little pieces 

mint bits, about 20g

400g white sugar 

200ml water

Yield: About 600ml 

Instructions

  1. Cut up peaches into 1/4 inch cubes and add into mason jar. Add mint leaves and sugar.

  2. Shake up and let sit for 48 hours in room temperature.

  3. Once sugars start dissolving, add 200ml water and shake again in mason jar.

  4. Let sit for another 24 hours and strain out solids.
