A blend of matcha and horchata (rice based beverage) - great for elongating your cocktail . Yield: About 500ml
48g white short grain rice
1 tablespoon matcha
1 tablespoon water
1. Take water and long grained white rice, add to medium pot and bring to boil. Lower and simmer for 10 minutes until rice is broken down. Let cool.
2. In another bowl, mix 1 tablespoon matcha and 1 tablespoon water and whisk well, until no lumps are found.
3. Add rice and water blend, matcha mix and 300g sugar into blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
