Flavours of coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon, lily and rose. Not just a pretty drink but a non alcoholic delight that is filled with unique flavours

1 tea bag strong white tea

1/4 teaspoon saffron

200ml hot water
30ml Blood Orange Juice

0.6g citric acid
3/4 oz  Honey Syrup
2 dashes @bittered_sling Lem-Merrakech Bitters

2 slices blood orange wheels for garnish

1. To make honey syrup stir 100ml water and 200ml raw honey together in a non reactive container and stir until integrated.  

2. To brew tea, pour boiling water over white tea bag in a mug alongside saffron and let sit for 20 mintues until strong. 

3. In a glass, stir 30ml blood orange juice with 0.6g citric acid to acidify. Add saffron white tea, honey syrup and bitters. Place a large ice cube in the middle and stir until chilled. 

4. Garnish with a couple slices of blood orange.
