This easy one jar cordial is perfect for a fresh - not-sweet addition to your summer soda, gin and tonic or in a delicious fizz! 


1 ripe peach, diced

250g sugar 

200ml water 

6-7 mint leaves 


Yield: About 400ml


Step 1

In a small mason jar, add diced peaches and cover with sugar.

Step 2

Wash and separate mint leaves and mint sprig (for garnish).  Add mint leaves to the mixture and close the lid. Agitate and let sit for 24 hours until flavours start to develop in the sugar. 


Step 3

Remove lid and add water. Re-lid and shake until sugar is dissolved.

Step 4

Strain out solids, refrigerate. Good for 2 weeks. 


A non alcoholic delight using premium soda and a non alcoholic distillate. 


30ml Seedlip Grove 42

30ml Peach Mint Cordial

30ml Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Top with Fever Tree Premium Soda

Step 1

Add all ingredients but Fever Tree Premium Soda into a shaker tin, cover and shake without ice for 10 seconds. 

Step 2

Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a fizz glass. 


Step 3

Slowly pour in 60-70ml of Fever -Tree Premium Soda

Step 4

Garnish with a wedge of peach and a mint sprig
