RUSTIC SHERRY COBBLER

This twist on a low abv classic is filled with beautiful fall flavours! Think warm baking spices, quince and almonds, garnish with fresh oregano.

Ingredients: 

2oz Amontillado Sherry

1oz Local Fruit Jam (Quince)

1/2 Lemon (cut in 1/4 wedges)

1/4oz Maple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pear and Oregano garnish

Ingredients: 

  1.  Squeeze lemon wedges and place into a mason jar. 

  2. Add rest of the ingredients and fill with ice. 

  3. Lid and shake for 10-15 seconds. 

  4. Add more cracked ice and garnish with seasonal fruits and complimentary herbs.
